A crowd of nearly 100 people stood and sat along the edges of the Hastings city parking lot Friday evening to watch a 104-year-old woman take her first hot air balloon ride.
The Kensington brought in the Euphoria Grande hot air balloon operated by Rich Jaworski of Blair to help bring a bucket list dream to life for one of their residents.
Wendy Buhr, the Kensington's public relations director, said they started the bucket list program as a way to make dreams come true for the seniors who live in their facility.
