Justin Moore performs Thursday at the Adams County FairFest.
Fans at the Justin Moore concert at Adams County FairFest Thursday night wore the title of ”redneck” with pride.
“I found out we were coming back to Nebraska, or my wife did, and she said, ‘Why do you keep going to Nebraska?’ ” Moore told the hundreds of cheering fans between songs. “I said, ‘Have you seen how many rednecks are in Nebraska?’ That’s why I keep going back to Nebraska, man.”
Hundreds packed the grandstands at the Adams
County Fairgrounds for the second FairFest concert. Moore played fan favorites like “Beer Time,” “Guns,” “Redneck Side,” “How I Got to Be This Way,” “If Heaven Wasn’t So Far Away” and “Flyin’ Down a Back Road.”
Among the crowd was Joe Matthew of Hastings, who said he’s “a huge fan” of Moore’s music.
“We drove all the way to Lincoln to see him when he played with Miranda Lambert, so I’m just thrilled they got him here in Hastings,” Matthew said. “This is awesome. It’s been a great show so far.”
