One day after Pete Dudley was named the Hastings College women’s head golf coach, HC announced another Broncos sports team will have a new coach at the helm.

Former women’s soccer head coach Ted Flogaites parted ways with Hastings College after taking the head coaching job at NCAA Division I school Western Illinois University, HC announced Tuesday.

“I have spent more than a decade coaching at the collegiate level and this position is the culmination of dreams realized, countless hours of work, but above all an undying love for the sport,” Flogaites said in a news release from Western Illinois. “The ability to coach student-athletes has transformed and enriched my life. I am genuinely sad to leave our team and players at Hastings College who have played such a big part in my life over the past six years. ...
